Real Estate
The attorneys in our Real Estate practice assist clients with building their transactions from the ground up. We structure projects from acquisition through financing, joint venture, construction, development, leasing, management, and final disposition. We also counsel our clients on fund formation, management and investment.
Our multi-disciplinary approach and diverse perspective on real estate markets enables us to provide thorough counsel to our clients with respect to their investments. Our attorneys’ institutional knowledge benefits our clients by allowing them to stay abreast of evolving market trends within the broader U.S. real estate industry.
We understand the legal and business considerations associated with commercial real estate transactions, including the complexities of cross-border transactions, and our clients rely on our vast experience to offer solutions designed to help them achieve their investment and financial goals. As an added benefit to our clients, our established reputation in the real estate industry offers the opportunity to introduce owners and developers of real property to potential lenders and/or joint venture partners.
We represent commercial landowners, developers, lenders, borrowers, investment managers and advisors, equity sponsors, real estate operating companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private and public pension plans, tax-exempt investors and cross-border investors in commercial real estate projects across the country. Our practice encompasses a variety of income-producing asset types and markets.
