Yakima Litigation Attorney
We are seeking an experienced attorney with five or more years of practical experience to join the litigation practice group in our Yakima office. A successful candidate will have superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, strong advocacy skills, trial experience and experience handling all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and with drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.
Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For senior associate candidates, the expected salary range is between $120,000 - $180,000, as well as opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation for candidates with partner-level experience will depend on qualifications, experience and expected levels of production.
Employment Associate - Seattle
We are seeking an employment associate with two to four years of relevant experience to join our Seattle office. Our employment attorneys represent both employers and employees in a wide range of matters, through both litigation and advice on compliance with employment laws and day-to-day workplace issues. Our employment group also maintains a robust and well-respected workplace investigation practice. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in employment law, and particular interest in conducting workplace investigations and advisory work are preferred. For candidates in their first few years of practice, prior work experience in a related field is preferred. Outstanding academic achievement and superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For second to fourth year candidates, the expected salary range is between $140,000 – $155,000, and includes opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and a discretionary annual bonus.
