SLVMS Welcomes John Schroeder to its Litigation Practice

Stokes Lawrence Velikanje Moore & Shore welcomes John (“J.P.”) Schroeder to its Litigation practice. He will be assisting clients in a wide range of matters, including business disputes and employment, agriculture, and contract litigation.

J.P. comes to the firm after serving as judicial clerk to Hon. Edward F. Shea of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Prior to that, he served as judicial clerk to Hon. Margaret H. Downie at the Arizona State Court of Appeals.

“J.P.’s background is a great addition to our strong Litigation practice,” noted Managing Shareholder Kelly Twiss Noonan. “Having worked in the court system, he can share a unique perspective with our clients facing litigation matters.”

He earned his J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.

J.P. joins a well-established team of lawyers with years of experience serving business clients in Central Washington. The Stokes Lawrence Velikanje Moore & Shore Litigation practice represents growers, ranchers, packers, distributors, large commercial producers and land owners in a variety of situations, including business disputes, labor and employment claims, insurance coverage issues, and marketing, patent litigation, class actions, EEOC and trade disputes.
