Josh Harms represents clients in business and intellectual property disputes, from pre-litigation advising through trial and appeal. His work ranges from complex lawsuits between multi-national companies to managing intellectual property portfolios of well-known musicians. Josh brings the same practical, goal-oriented advocacy to family-owned businesses and individuals.
Josh regularly handles intellectual property lawsuits involving claims of trademark and copyright infringement. He also represents clients in contested matters in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
His business and commercial litigation practice ranges from shareholder disputes to allegations of embezzlement and fraud against officers and employees. Often, his business and intellectual property practices intersect in cases involving commercial licensing disputes and trade secret misappropriation.
