Haley assists closely held businesses, including agricultural enterprises, with their corporate, real estate, and estate planning needs throughout all stages of business development, from formation to disposition.

Haley collaborates with individuals, families, and family-owned businesses in estate planning, business succession planning, and probate and trust administration. She crafts estate plans tailored to minimize tax burdens while addressing each family's unique needs.

Prior to joining Stokes Lawrence, Haley served as a Public Defense Investigator for the King County Department of Public Defense where she assisted in developing feasible defense strategies for both misdemeanors and felonies.
