Amy Alexander (Seattle) is an employment advisor, litigator, and investigator where she offers practical solutions to companies and individuals to avoid and resolve their most challenging workplace issues. Amy represents companies through all employment stages. Whatever the concern, Amy does more than spot problems. She offers options-based advice tailored to an employer’s priorities.
Kathleen Burton (Seattle) handles mergers and acquisitions, representing buyers and sellers in all types of equity and asset transfers. Kathleen works with businesses at all stages of the corporate lifecycle—formation, operation, management, and disposition. She advises on general corporate law and taxation matters, andassists with contract drafting and negotiation. Many of Kathleen’s clients use her as their outside general counsel. In addition to her M&A and business advisory practice, Kathleen works closely with family businesses, owners and executives on succession planning.
Elizabeth Jennings (Seattle) is an experienced trust and estate attorney who focuses her practice on trust and estate litigation and estate administration where there are complex familial and legal issues involved. She also addresses challenging family dynamics and elder law issues through Vulnerable Adult Protection Order actions, guardianship/conservatorship proceedings, and TEDRA (Trust and Estate Disputes Resolution Act) cases.
Rachael Wallace (Seattle) practice focuses on product liability, aviation law, and employment disputes. Rachael has broad experience defending product manufacturers in matters stemming from property damage, personal injury, and contract claims. She has represented and litigated claims with auto manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, kitchen appliance and grill manufacturers, lithium battery manufacturers, and component manufacturers. In connection with her product liability practice, Rachael also regularly defends against warranty claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, as well as state and federal consumer protection act and unfair business practices claims.
Sean Worley (Yakima) is a litigator representing private and municipal employers in labor and employment matters. Sean represents employers before state and federal agencies on matters involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, wage and hour issues (including class action defense), whistleblower conduct, breach of contract, non-competition, FMLA, ADA/WLAD, as well as matters involving unions and collective bargaining.
