Sean Worley Presenting Two Topics at WAFLA's Washington H-2a Summit 2024

On January 18th, Sean Worley is scheduled to give two presentations at the WAFLA's Washington H-2A Summit. The first presentation will start at 9:00am and will be a quick legal update for Agricultural Employers. The second presentation will start at 2:40pm and is titled, "H-2A Workers off the Clock." This presentation will discuss the new overtime rules that allow workers more free time and what they are legally permitted to do during that time. The presentation will also cover non-work related issues and provide examples to help you understand what you can and cannot control and the best practices.
